Luxury Remodeling With a Craftsman's Eye
Sandy Springs, Dunwoody, and Buckhead
Home remodeling in Sandy Springs is some of our most frequent work, and kitchen remodeling in Sandy Springs almost always involves taking down a few walls to open up the home. Dunwoody is mostly 1960s and 1970s houses on mature lots, so home remodeling in Dunwoody or a kitchen remodeling in Dunwoody means opening up closed floor plans. Kitchen remodeling in Buckhead runs to a higher level of finish, and there's often a designer or an architect on the project before we arrive. Home remodeling in Buckhead frequently means working alongside outside design teams, and we're used to stepping into that process seamlessly, whether we're brought on early or partway through. It's some of the most detail driven work we take on, and the finish level reflects that.In-town Atlanta, Decatur, and the south side
In town home remodeling covers some of Atlanta's most established neighborhoods, including Freedom Park, Little Five Points, Morningside, Virginia Highland, Inman Park, Grant Park, Peachtree Battle, Decatur, and College Park, with homes built between the 1890s and the 1950s on tight, older lots where access alone can shape the project. A home remodel in historic Inman Park often means matching trim profiles that aren't manufactured anymore, work our in house carpenters build from scratch. Permitting can vary block to block in these neighborhoods, and historic district review often adds time to the front end of a schedule. We plan for that from day one, so it's factored into your timeline rather than a surprise along the way.How Far We Go

Our Process
Discussion of Ideas (Consultation)
At this stage, we discover what your home needs are, what is working, and what's not working. We listen to all your ideas and consider how our team of artisans can provide an incredible building experience. We discuss whether you have already obtained architectural plans or need Artisans to provide design services. We talk about your timeline and dive into an initial budget discussion for the project.
Play NowPreliminary Budget Proposal & Design
Whether you need design services or just construction will determine if a design agreement is next or a preliminary budget proposal. We are able to provide architectural services under our fixed fee design agreement. If you just need construction, we provide an initial budget proposal for the project to help determine if the investment level is right for you. We believe in providing an accurate up-front "ballpark" number to help finalize the scope and design.
Play NowConstruction
During the construction phase, we supply a very detailed schedule as different trades come in and perform their tasks. We give constant updates on progress, documenting clearly the decisions we may need along the way. Our homeowners are usually living in the home at the time, so there's exceptional attention to dust control, protecting possessions, and ensuring access to go about their daily lives.
Play NowCompletion
We look forward to this as much as you do, seeing the happiness homeowners experience when the job is done. There is no greater satisfaction than to have a team of devoted craftsmen and a homeowner accomplish the execution of a great plan! The camaraderie and resulting bond built with the homeowner and Artisans of Atlanta is what we enjoy most of all. We love seeing how happy our raving clients are! We perform a final walk-through to develop a "completion list," which then closes out the project. Our warranty covers all levels of labor and materials for 12 months.
